Secondary Consultants cannot access accounts in the handheld. The only person that can access an account, is the individual that's assigned as a Primary Consultant.
This is an issue with coverage/AutoNation Unscheduled Visits - If someone is providing coverage for an account, the account then has to be transferred to the consultant doing the coverage work. Then, it needs to be reverted once more, as to not interfere with the consultant's KPM numbers at the end of the quarter.
This is taxing to both the consultant and the FOM - There is time spent to communicate about something that shouldn't be an issue. With the old handheld, as long as the visit was scheduled for the person doing the coverage, they could have access. This is no longer the case.
